... actually, let’s just get all the cool robot demos out of the way first.
This is also not the kind of robot I’m speaking about today.
But they’re really cool to watch.
These are robots by the research division of Festo, the international automation technology company. They are air penguins. They fly in the same way real penguins swim, and they communicate wirelessly to move around one another and the space.
They’re beautiful. If the world is going to get taken over by killer robots, I wouldn’t mind so much if the Terminator was as beautiful as one of these air penguins.
But as I said, this and the towel folding robot, those are not the kind of domestic robots I mean.
