Now I’m pretty fortunate when it comes to artificial intelligence, and to robots, that the research that’s being done is already pretty sci-fi.

I found this video via the blog Singularity Hub. It’s a personal robot called the Willow Garage PR2, and it has been programmed by the researchers at an American university – UC Berkeley – to fold towels.

It’s pretty amazing!

And when I say I’m talking about “domestic A.I.”, you may think this is what I mean.

It’s not. I mean, this is cool. I admit it, this is super cool. But it’s not the kind of domestic I mean, I mean a different sense of domestic.
