Media Surfaces: Incidental Media

Media Surfaces explores a universe next door in which media travels freely onto familiar surfaces in everyday life. This film is a collaboration with Dentsu London.

BERG has produced a film showing how many kinds of media might play out in everyday and familiar surroundings. Incidental Media explores many kinds of media; functional, personal, corporate as well as messages from big ‘M’ Media companies like broadcasters, and how these all might mix. There are no new pixels here, no magical new kinds of screen. The film explores how existing screen technologies and surfaces can be made to represent a more sophisticated range of media output than exists now.
